Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Waredock Estonia OÜ (“Waredock”, “we,” or “us”), our website at https://www.waredock.com (the “Site”), and all related websites, downloadable software, mobile applications, and other services provided by us and on which a link to this Privacy Policy is displayed, and all other communications with individuals through written or oral means, including email or phone (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the information that we gather on or through the Service, how we use and disclose such information, and the steps we take to protect it. By visiting the Site, or using the Service, you consent to the privacy practices described in this Policy.
This Policy is incorporated into, and subject to, the Waredock Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined have meanings as set forth in the Terms of Service.
1. Definitions
Client: A customer of Waredock.
Authorization: The set of rights and privileges on the Site assigned to a User by a Client.
Client Data: Personal data, reports, addresses, and other files held within the Service by a User.
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Public Area: Any area of the Site accessible without user authentication.
Restricted Area: Area requiring login credentials, available only to Users.
User: An employee, agent, or representative of a Client accessing restricted areas.
Visitor: Individuals using the public area only.
2. The Information We Collect
We collect different types of information from or through the Service, processed in line with Estonian law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), primarily for provision of the Service and our legitimate interests.
User-provided Information: Name, email, postal address, mobile number, billing info, preferences—collected during registration, usage, posted Client Data, or communication.
Information Collected by Clients: Clients may upload or store Personal Data in the Service. Each Client must provide notice and comply with applicable law regarding this data.
Automatically Collected Information: Cookies, IP address, web browser/device type, pages visited, interactions, device IDs, time stamps, email interaction data are collected via cookies, clear gifs, or web beacons.
Integrated Services: If you authorize a third-party integration (e.g., Google, Shopify), we may access and store data made available via those services as permitted by you and their privacy policies.
Information from Other Sources: May be obtained from partners, advertisers, credit agencies, or third-party services, treated as Personal Data if linked to an individual.

Decline to Share: Some Service features may be unavailable if you decline to share certain data.
Opt-out Communications: Unsubscribe as instructed in commercial emails or by contacting us at support@waredock.com.
Client Data: For data uploaded by Clients, contact them directly; requests to remove such data will be followed within 30 days as required.
6. Third-Party Services
Use of third-party links or integrations is subject to their privacy policies. Waredock is not responsible for third-party privacy/security practices.
7. Interest-Based Advertising
We work with third parties for personalized advertising via cookies, beacons, pixels, mobile IDs, and similar tools. Opt-out options are available via aboutads.info/consumers and networkadvertising.org.
8. Third-Party Cookies
Various cookies may be used to ensure platform functionality, analytics, and targeted advertising, with details disclosed within the cookie banner or settings.
9. Minors and Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to persons under 18, nor do we knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. Contact support@waredock.com to alert us to data submitted by minors.
10. Data Security
We comply with industry standards (SSL encryption, password protection, firewalls), but cannot guarantee absolute security. Notification of breaches will follow applicable law.
11. Data Retention
Personal Data is retained while an account is active or as required to meet legal, operational, or contractual obligations, including:
Closed accounts: deleted within 3 months
Backups: retained for 3 months
Billing data: retained for 7 years under Estonian law
Legal transactions: retained for 10 years per Estonia’s civil code
12. Settings
Users can adjust privacy settings; however, no measures are fully impenetrable. Removal of content may not ensure complete erasure.
13. Data Transfer
Data is stored and processed primarily in the EU, with safeguarded transfer under GDPR if processed outside Estonia.
14. Foreign Visitors
Non-EU users consent to data transfer, processing, and storage in Estonia/EU.
15. Data Controller and Processor
Waredock is the data processor for Client Data and the data controller for business-related Personal Data. Clients are responsible for controlling Client Data stored in the Service.
16. Changes and Updates
Privacy Policy is periodically updated; continued use of Service indicates acceptance of latest policy. Latest revision date is indicated at the top of the document.
