How do returns work with Waredock?
Your customers register a return in a branded returns portal and send it back to the nearest Waredock warehouse. We check and grade every item, then restock, refurbish or recover it, and the result is visible in the platform.
What happens to returned items?
Each item is graded. Items as good as new go back into stock, items with minor issues are repacked or refurbished, and damaged items are set aside for outlet sale, repair or recycling, following your rules.
Can customers in other EU countries return to a local address?
Returns go to a Waredock warehouse in Europe, so EU customers don’t have to send parcels outside the EU. This is especially useful for brands based outside the EU.
How quickly are returns processed?
Returns are received, checked and graded as part of daily warehouse work, and the status updates in the platform so you can refund your customer.
Can you refurbish or repack returned items?
Yes. Items can be cleaned, repacked, relabelled or prepared again for sale, so fewer returns are written off.
How are returns priced?
Per returned item or order for receiving and grading, plus any refurbishment work. You see every fee upfront in your proposal.
