Does Waredock have warehouses in the USA?
Yes. In the USA we work with verified partner warehouses in major metropolitan areas. You rent the space and services you need, and we match you with the partner warehouse that fits your goods and your customers’ locations.
What can I store in a US partner warehouse?
Pallets and cartons of most product types. Ambient, cool, frozen, organic and food-grade warehouses are available, so food, beverages and other temperature-sensitive goods can be stored as well.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. Our US warehouse space has no long-term contracts. You can start with a few pallets and scale up or down as your volumes change.
How is US warehouse space priced?
Per pallet stored, plus handling when goods come in and go out. Services such as case picking, kitting or consolidation are priced separately. Tell us your volumes and you get a proposal within 2 business days.
Can you ship orders from the US warehouses?
Yes. Besides pallet in and pallet out, partner warehouses offer eCommerce fulfilment, case picking, kitting and shipment consolidation, so you can ship to retailers and consumers from the same stock.
Can I also store stock in Europe?
Yes. Waredock runs fulfilment in Europe from its own European network. US brands can keep stock in the USA and add an EU warehouse later, with customs and VAT handled for them. See fulfilment for non-EU brands.
