Selling into the EU from outside it? We make Europe feel local.
For brands from the UK, Switzerland, Norway, North America and Asia: import once, clear customs, store stock in the EU and ship orders like a local seller.
Everything you need to sell in the EU. In one set-up.
We bring together the logistics side of entering the EU, so you can focus on selling.
Customs clearance
EU import declarations, duty and import VAT, with document checks before your goods ship. See customs clearance.
One EU hub
Stock in one of our EU warehouses, synced with your shop, close to your customers.
EU-wide delivery
Domestic and cross-border parcels from the EU, at local delivery times.
Returns in the EU
Returns received, graded and restocked in the EU, not sent back home.
Post-Brexit, Europe is an export market.
Goods not made in the UK pay EU duty, and GB EORI numbers don’t work for EU customs. An EU stock location solves delivery, returns and duty in one step.

- VAT registration. In the country where your stock is, plus OSS for other EU countries.

Guides: Selling in the EU from outside the EU · EU VAT: OSS and IOSS · The €3 EU parcel duty
Do I need an EU company to sell in the EU?
No. Many brands sell from outside the EU. You need an EU EORI number to import, a customs representative and, once you hold stock in an EU warehouse, a VAT registration in that country.
Is it better to ship parcels from home or keep stock in the EU?
Parcels from outside the EU pay import VAT and, since July 2026, a €3 customs duty per item. Once you have regular EU orders, importing in bulk into one EU warehouse is usually cheaper and faster.
Where should I keep my stock?
Start with one EU hub close to your main markets. Each extra warehouse country usually means another VAT registration, so add a second only when one market is big enough.
Can EU customers return orders to you in the EU?
Yes. Returns come back to the EU warehouse, are checked and restocked there, so they never have to travel back outside the EU.
Which countries can you serve from one warehouse?
From a warehouse in the Netherlands, Germany or Poland, most of the EU is reachable in one to three days by parcel.
