Can you ship all my Kickstarter backer orders at once?
Yes. We receive your production run, import it into the EU if needed, and ship backer orders in planned waves from one warehouse.
Can you hold pre-orders until a release date?
Yes. Orders can be held and released on an agreed date, so nothing ships before launch.
How do I handle add-ons and different reward tiers?
Each tier and add-on is set up as a kit or bundle, so every backer gets the right combination in one parcel.
Do my EU backers pay import VAT on delivery?
Not if you import your stock into an EU warehouse first and ship from there. Backers then receive domestic parcels without extra charges at the door.
Can you store remaining stock after the campaign?
Yes. Leftover stock can stay in the warehouse and be sold through your webshop or marketplaces.
