What are value-added services in fulfilment?
Extra work on your products or orders beyond standard pick and pack: kitting and bundles, branded packaging and inserts, labelling, gift wrapping and preparing stock for marketplaces and retailers.
Can you pack orders in my branded boxes?
Yes. You supply branded boxes, mailers, tissue paper or inserts, and we pack every order with them following your packing instructions.
Can you build bundles and gift sets?
Yes. We assemble bundles, multipacks, subscription boxes and gift sets, either in advance as ready-made kits or per order when it comes in.
Can you relabel products?
Yes. We apply barcodes, marketplace labels such as Amazon FNSKU, country-specific stickers and compliance labels, for example when products need an EU address or a translation.
How are value-added services priced?
Per unit or per order, depending on the task, on top of standard storage and pick and pack. You see every fee upfront in your proposal.
Can I change my packing instructions later?
Yes. Instructions are set up per product or per order type in the Waredock platform and can be updated when you launch a new campaign or packaging.
