Freight forwarding to and from Europe. Sea, rail, air and road, as one shipment.
Book and track your freight on one platform, from the supplier’s door to your EU warehouse. We combine the right mode with customs clearance and storage, so stock arrives ready to sell.
The right mode for each shipment. Booked and tracked in one place.
We choose by cost, speed and volume, and can split a shipment across modes when stock is urgent.
FCL and LCL
Full or shared containers into Rotterdam, Hamburg, Gdańsk and other European ports, with door delivery.
China–Europe rail
A middle option between sea and air for time-sensitive and higher-value goods.
Urgent and high-value
Fast replenishment and launches, cleared and delivered to your warehouse.
Across Europe
Full and part loads between suppliers, warehouses and retailers, under CMR.
Shipping beyond Europe?
We run dedicated corridors between Europe, China and Africa: Europe–China, Europe–Africa and China–Africa.
Freight that ends in stock, not at the port.
Customs clearance, delivery and receiving are part of the same booking, so goods go straight into a Waredock warehouse in six EU countries and are ready to ship to customers.

|---|---|
| Sea FCL | Regular shipments from about 13–15 m³, lowest cost per unit |
| Sea LCL | Smaller or first orders, paid per cubic metre |
| Rail | China–Europe stock that can’t wait for sea |
| Air | Launches, urgent replenishment, high-value goods |
| Road | Within Europe, from one pallet to full trucks |
Typical ranges; actual times and costs depend on route, season and carrier.
Get these right and freight runs smoothly.
- Incoterm. Agree who pays what with your supplier, for example FOB or DAP.
- Pallets. Ship on EUR pallets with the ISPM 15 mark, one SKU per pallet where possible.
- Documents. Commercial invoice, packing list and certificates ready before departure.
- Free time. Plan delivery slots early to avoid demurrage and detention.
Freight forwarding: common questions.
Guides: Shipping from China to Europe · FCL · LCL · Bill of lading
Which transport modes do you offer?
Sea freight as full or shared containers, rail freight between China and Europe, air freight, and road freight across Europe, booked and tracked as one shipment.
Should I ship FCL or LCL?
If you have roughly 13–15 cubic metres or more, a full container is often cheaper than sharing one. Below that, LCL is usually the better choice. We quote both when it is close.
How long does shipping from China to Europe take?
By sea, typically about 42–46 days from Shanghai to Rotterdam while most carriers route via the Cape of Good Hope; rail about 12–25 days; air a few days.
Can you deliver straight into your warehouse?
Yes. We can clear customs and deliver into a Waredock warehouse, where your goods are received into stock and ready for orders.
Do you ship out of Europe too?
Yes, including exports from Europe to China and to East Africa on our trade corridors.
