Do you work with brands that haven’t launched yet?
Yes. Many brands come to us before their first order. We help you plan stock, packaging and shipping, so you launch with logistics ready.
Is there a minimum order volume?
We tell you upfront what a small account costs, including any minimum monthly fee, so you can compare options before you commit.
Can you use my branded boxes and inserts?
Yes. You supply branded boxes, cards or inserts, and we pack every order with them. Extra steps such as kitting are priced per order.
What do I need to send you before the first delivery?
Your product list with barcodes, expected volumes, packaging instructions and an advance notice of the delivery, so stock is live in your shop quickly.
Can I grow into more countries later?
Yes. Start from one warehouse and add countries or channels when volumes justify it, on the same platform.
