• Your goods are optimally stored in the freight warehouse and handled in the most cost-efficient way.<strong>Inbound logistics</strong> We manage the inbound logistics solutions for your goods into our warehouses, as well as inspection and registration of the incoming products. Our inbound logistic services include unloading and palletizing, checking the goods for defects and damage, registration of serial numbers or items and putting away your products to the assigned racking or bin locations.<strong>Outbound logistics</strong> You can send us your daily sales orders in an agreed format and timing. We manage outbound logistic picking principles, like 'First Expired, First Out' (FEFO), ‘Last In First Out’ (LIFO) and 'First In, First Out' (FIFO). Before dispatch we check the accuracy of each sales order, packing list and parcel label and subsequently load the orders into trucks or delivery vans. In addition to dedicated warehouse operators, we have a flexible pool of employees who can handle seasonal peaks.<strong>Packaging and repackaging</strong> Depending on your requirements, we can replace packaging of products. For example repackaging of damaged boxes, packing into new outer cartons or display cartons and management of country-specific, customer-specific and language-specific packaging.<strong>Configuration</strong> We configure hardware, such as printers, computers, mobile telephones, internet routers and TVs according to customer and/or country-specific requirements.<strong>Testing</strong> Proper functioning of your products, based on your company’s standards can be tested in many ways, such as connection checks, functionality run-throughs, measurements and error reporting.<strong>Labeling</strong> We can label your products with customer-specific information, including logos and barcodes.<strong>Returns and Repairs</strong> We handle your customer returns and perform a wide range of repair works and product reconfiguration tasks. Our warehouse management system (WMS) is able to control and categorize various classes of product quality per SKU.<strong>Quality Inspection</strong> We perform visual checks as well as manual inspection to detect any manufacturing errors and ensure products meet agreed standards.
